Predeceased by his parents John and Helen Gilchrist, brothers Edward and John, and sister Margaret, Maurice is survived by his brother Patrick (Helen), five sisters: Theresa (Dave) Nelson, Sheila Campbell, Yvonne (Jack) Dixon, Anne Loring, and Dorothy (Charles) Piché.
