Norman Floyd Travland

Norman Travland, born on September 3, 1929, lived on the family farm south of Coronach until his passing on August 13, 2011. Norman was predeceased by his parents, Aanen and Clara Travland, brothers Orin and Arnold, sisters Edna Noble and Genevieve Folkvord, and daughter-in-law Jackie. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lureen; his four children, Linda (Marvin) Engel, Carol (Rick) Hill, Glenn (Marie) Travland, and Kevin Travland; grandchildren Jaymon (Deanna), Chad (Dana), Raelene (Brett), Nicole (Travis), Byron (Jasmon), Derrick and Stephanie; six great-grandchildren; his sister Clarice Susag; sister-in-law Agnes Cairns; brother-in-law Elmer Johnson and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at the Elks Community Hall, Coronach, SK, on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at 2:00 pm, with Reverend Ian Kellogg officiating.
