Hattie was born in Matthews Georgia to Alex Smith and Cleo Woods on September 30, 1937. She went to High School in Augusta Georgia and graduated in 1954. She worked as a School Bus Matron for Rainbow Transit Company for 15 years before retiring in 2000.
In her leisure time she enjoyed being with Family and friends, she enjoyed helping others, she was always there when you needed her.
Hattie is survived by her Sons, Hosie, Jerome and her Daughter Frantrudy. Grandchildren Jasmine, Naseem, Kandice, Sharief, Alasia, Amir and her Grandcats Casey, Kiwi and Princess, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
