My sweetest UNCLE PJ,
I don’t even know where or how to start this . I do wanna say how much I loved and adored you . You knew me before I was even a thought let alone a little baby in the womb. Thank you. Thank you for being the technology person, burning movies and things for us. Thank you for your great sense of humor, and positive attitude. I have memories on top of memories but I’ll keep them for a rainy day when I need a smile. Thank you for being this great incredible person ,friend and most of all brother to my mother. Thanks for showing us what a father is and loving your children unconditionally and unapologetically. I’ll try my best to always be there for Evan,Abby and Grandma. I ask that you send down some of the strength you had for them because they’re gonna need it. I’ll keep your spirit and the family in my prayers always. I love you UNCLE PJ
Till we meet again old man

Dear Dad, I am so greatful for everything you do for me. You always work so hard to just see me smile. I appreciate the sweat, blood and pain you went through for 11 yrs. You are always there for me when I need you the most even though we had some tuff times and disagreements. You always get me things that I want that you know I don’t need also when you take time out of your day just to hang out with me or see how I am doing. I know I push you away sometimes doesn’t mean I am ashamed of you its just I need some space sometimes. Also when you randomly just check up on me I appreciate that too, it shows you care. I love you soooo much. Love, Abby

Man, PJay we had plenty of memories... from 44th Drive to Armand Street but the most recent that I had remembered was that night we all went to go see Wolverine at Kaufman. It was me, you, evan and maybe lu i think... I can't remember who else was there but it was a good time and.. so random. Which made it awesome. Sometimes the best memories aren't the ones that are planned ahead.

Pjay I have known you most of my life ,I mean I cant remember a time when you wasnt there , you was and always will be a part of mine and my kids life . I cant believe that I cant just call you and see what your doing , or that I will never get calls from you anymore ! My heart is breaking so badly for your your family right now , PJAY YOU ARE ONE OF THE MOST LOVED PEOPLE IN THE WORLD AND FROM THE DAY WE MEET OVER 35 YEARS AGO YOU HAVE BEEN MY BEST FRIEND . I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND WILL NEVER FORGET YOU ... SLEEP IN PEACE MY DEAREST FRIEND

We laughed, we cried, we screamed (well, mostly I did), we conquered the world together and even when we were apart, we always came back together in one way or another. You were too good to me and I'm sorry my disease got in the way of our love. I wish I could've told you one last time how much I adored and appreciated you. I will be forever grateful to have had you in my life. I will be forever grateful that you were the best father ever and even their mother when I was too sick to do it. Evan, Abby and I love you to the moon and back. We will never ever be the same without you.

I love you dad. I can’t even type this without crying.... I love you so so much daddy no one will understand the bond we had you took me in as your own son at 2 years old and you’ve been my best friend ever since , I love you so much pal!! I don’t know who iam going to play Pokémon with , who iam going to ask for help with computer stuff , who am I going to call a million times to ask where you at and when you coming home , who am I going to get my haircuts with , the more I write the more I cry I love you soooo much you were not supposed to go so soon I was supposed to take care of you when I became a nurse , I’m going to take care of grandma like u made me promise you and I’m going to make you proud i promise . I will always miss you and not a day will go by that I will not think of you love always
 - your son Evan

PJay, you will always be in mommy’s heart. I love you and will miss you until I see you again.
There are no words that I can say or write that will express what I am feeling. I love you always!💋 Love always, Mommy or as you would call me in the alley “Mommyetta” Bye for now my baby boy.

Pjay was such a kind and fun guy. He would write me letters in school and we would meet after school and take train rides to the village. We had lots of fun walking through Washington Square Park and going to South Street Seaport. Kids just being kids adventuring through Manhattan. We remained friends through out 204, High School and as adults. I loved him dearly. He shared many pictures of his beautiful kids and I wish I could've seen him one last time. Rest in Paradise PJay. Love Lisa

Wow my brother I still am in shock and think I will be for awhile. My favorite memory with you was when I had to kill a mouse for you that was under your bed. You had to literally jump on the side of the bed that kept you as high away from the floor as possible. By far one of the most hysterical moments I remember us having. Here I was 9 years old and you were 18 scared of a little tiny mouse. Haha I love you brother and I will miss you.

If you grew up in LIC you knew PJ. From 44th Drive to Vernon Blvd.

PJ it broke my heart to see God called for you. The nicest guy on the planet!!!!!

The streets of heaven have another angel.
