Rudolph Cedel was born on October 23, 1947 to his parents Rudolph and Kathleen (Cummings) Cedel. He made a career for himself as a Buildings Engineer, which he deeply enjoyed. Rudolph married his beautiful wife Jacqueline Cedel, who he now leaves behind. On May 9, 2016 Rudolph Cedel entered into eternal rest. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
