

Donald Paxman Vincent passed away with his wife and children by his side on Friday, December 4, 2015 at the age of 87. Donald was born in Washington, Utah to Lorenzo Power Vincent and Minnie Elizabeth Paxman. Donald graduated from Dixie High School in Saint George, Utah. Donald was a military veteran and proud to service in the United States Navy from 1946 to 1948. After his service in the military, Donald married Lola Kirk on August 13, 1949 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Donald was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Donald loved his Heavenly Father and his Savior Jesus Christ. On June 24, 1967, he was sealed to his family for time and eternity in the Los Angeles Temple. Donald followed his Saviors’ commandment to “Love One Another”. Donald never met a stranger that did not become his friend. Because of that, he has many friends that have touched his life. Donald will be remembered for his love, service and generosity he showed his family and friends alike. Donald kept himself busy working in his garage making wooden toys. Donald is survived by his wife Lola, his sons Kirk (Lori) and Larry (Lisa), and his daughter Robin (John). Twelve grandchildren; Gilbert, Kirk Jr., Mauricia, Sarah, Donald, David, Christopher, Annalou, Ashlee, Angela, Lucas and Levi and nineteen great-grandchildren. Sisters Rhea Canfield, Patricia Adams, ViRene Chamberlain and brother, Jerry Vincent. He was preceded in death by his identical twin brother Ronald Vincent and his parents. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 11 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 1020 Creston Road, Paso Robles.
