Helen Louise Bryant, of Atascadero, California, went to be with her Lord July 2nd, 2015 after losing her struggle to COPD. She was born in Los Angeles, California on October 8th, 1939. She is survived by her husband Larry Bryant, her brother Wayne Newton (Francine), her four children Steve Ritter (Debi), Karen Whittaker, Lynn Hampton (Rick), Lisa Losh (Russ), 12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was an active participant in her community from the time she moved to Atascadero in 1998. She belonged to Beta Sigma Phy sorority and was on the board of directors for the North County Concert Association. She was also involved with the Atascadero Christian Women's Conference and The Atascadero Christmas Walk around The Lake for many years. Helen loved gardening and camping with the Christian Campers. There will be a memorial service at ABC Church on Thursday, July 9th at 11:00a.m. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Lung Association.
