I loved every moment I was able to spend with Bob, especially elk hunting / fishing and family gatherings.  

I'm proud to be his cousin and friend and will miss him immensely.  I can't say we talked often, but there was never a gap in the loving relationship and his wonderful smile.

Dear Joan,
Dick and I send our deep-felt condolences on the passing of Robert.
You are a dear friend living far from me since 1961. I have lovely memories of the few instances when we met Bob and got to know him just a little bit.

Words can be difficult at times like now. I rely on a message given to me by my Soul years ago: "Acknowledge the sadness. Feel the grief. Then embrace memories as they flood into your mind. Know that memories are God's salve for deep wounds and that you will always have your loved one with you in your consciousness."

It's been 15 years of good wine, golf and friendship.  And Bob telling me I stole my 2008 Mustang Bullitt from him at Paso Robles Ford. 

It's a sad loss but he leaves me with many fond memories.

Bob will be missed  so much. He was a kind gentleman in every way.  A very active member in our RV group.  Always ready for another adventure! Bob’s love for his beautiful wife and family showed in everything he did. Rest in peace Bob.

Talk about him to others. Others are afraid to bring it up. If you are comfortable they will be too. Also, the Bible gives us hope of seeing our loved ones again and of a time, near at hand, where there will be no more sickness or death. Isaiah 33:24 ; Isaiah 65:21-24, and Revelation 21:3-5
