Special Moments with Bob Moore
Bob was quiet, kind of shy when we first met him but once we got to know him then we got to see the funny, kind and quirky side of Bob.
Bob and his father-in-law Leroy worked together to put sod around his and Lindsay’s new trees. He enjoyed my homemade lasagna and chili so I would make those dishes for him whenever I got a chance. He taught me how to feed Scrappy, his Chihuahua, hot dogs so every time Scrappy sees me she lets me know she wants her hot dog, she’s not spoiled!
What we will remember most about Bob is how much he genuinely loved our daughter, Lindsay. They were like any other couple enduring the highs and lows of marriage, in sickness and in health but it only made their love for each other stronger. They were true soulmates, both a little quirky but with a lot of love, laughter and humor. Bob had a great sense of humor. He could deliver one line and have you in stitches. One of the best things in this life are when you hear your children’s laughter.
There is a piece missing from our broken hearts and that missing piece is you, Bob. That piece of our hearts will always belong to you and everyone that was blessed to know you. Thank you for allowing us to share a part of your life. We take comfort in knowing that you will always be watching over all of your loved ones. Bob, we will always love you.
