Angie was born March 11, 1965 in Limestone County to J.W. Foster and Betty Sue Thomas Foster. She is preceded in death by her father, her brother, Anthony Foster, her aunt, Dorothy Thomas, and her uncles Billy Thomas and Robert Thomas. Her grandparents, Roy Lee Miller and Mary Thomas Miller, Charlie Foster, and Cora Ellen Foster also precede her in death.
Survivors include her mother, her husband, Randall “Randy” Kelley, two sons, Preston “Colby” Kelley, and Zachary Ryan Kelley. She is also survived by her two brothers, James Foster, Tim Foster (Christy), two sisters, Melisa Gilbert (Thad), and Pamela Brooks (Eric).
She was a member of Holt Road Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be Monday, March 28, 2022 at 2 p.m. with visitation from 1-2 p.m. at McConnell Chapel with James Lemay officiating. Burial will be at Evans Cemetery.
