She was born December 14, 1952. She was the daughter of Billy H. Greene and Barbara Bowers Greene.
Billie was a graduate of the University of Alabama and had a career as a social worker.
Billie was preceded in death by both parents.
She is survived by two sons, Jeremiah Greene and Nathan Greene, both of Huntsville; brother, David Greene and wife, Cathy, of Athens; one niece , Michelle Greene, of Fayetteville, Tennessee; two great-nieces, Brittany Greene and Cala Greene, both of Athens; three aunts, Billie Martin and Sylvia Bowers, of Athens, and Sue Hogan, of Elkmont; and several cousins.
Memorial service will be Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 1 p.m. Visitation will be on hour before the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
