

He is survived by his loving children, Alisha Jackson Fitzjarrald and Thomas Jackson. He also leaves behind his sisters, Ruth Jackson Trolinger, Donna Percival Jackson, and Sandy Jackson Mayberry, as well as his brother, Johnny Jackson.
He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Aiden Christopher Welch, Aurora Magdalene Welch, and Freya Gwendolyn Fitzjarrald, who brought him great joy and pride.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Weader Hall Jackson and Henry Thomas Jackson and brother-in-law Jesse Percival.
In life, he found peace and happiness in simple, meaningful things. He loved fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He had a natural talent for working on cars. Always enjoying the challenge of fixing, restoring, or improving them with his own hands. He was also an avid coin collector, appreciating the history and stories behind each piece.
These passions reflected who he was—patient, hardworking, curious, and deeply appreciative of craftsmanship and nature.
