Mr. Romine was born January 1, 1952 in Peoria, IL to Charles Nathan Romine and Mary Davis Romine.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Kelley of Decatur; two sons David Mosley and Shawn Romine both of TN; one daughter, Tiffany Romine of TN; one brother, Ronald Romine and wife Vivian of AR; one sister, LaDon Murray of Prattville, AL; seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with Steve Downs officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 – 1:45 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.
