Visitation will be Thursday, January 28, 2016 12:00-12:45 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Mr. Cottles passed away Tuesday January 26, 2016 at Huntsville Hospital.
He was born in Lauderdale County, AL to Fate and Flora Phillips Cottles.
He was a retired Civil Service Technician with 36 years of military service in the Army National Guards. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Miller Cottles of Athens, AL, son Glenn Cottles and wife Barbie of Huntsville, AL, daughter Angee Plyler and husband Lonell of Florence, AL, two brothers and four sisters and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lonell Plyler, Larsen Plyler, Lantz Plyler, Layton Plyler, Josh Thompson, and Chace Cottles.
