Geraldine Irons

She was born June 20, 1941, in Greeneville, TN to Howard and Hazel Richards.

Geraldine loved the Lord, her husband and all her family. She witnessed to people everywhere she went and was instantly loved by all who met her. She was truly a special wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who loved caring for her husband and family.

Mrs. Irons is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Billie Jane Carr.

She is survived by Her loving husband Mr. Richard Irons of 66 years of marriage; three children Julia Lovell, Janice Faust, and Diane Russell; two brothers Danny and Jeff Richards, three sisters Karen Richards Hobba, Mary Margaret Richards Lane, and Gail Richards, three grandchildren Kimberly Rogers, Harrison Russell, and Mary-Houston Swart, four great grandchildren Xander Rogers, Clara Jo Russell, Graham Russell, Emersen Swart and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a Graveside Tuesday April 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Roselawn Cemetery with Brother Michael Browning officiating. Mrs. Theresa Gatlin will be singing.
