

Jean Bosman attended Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville. She later attended Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and later the Art Institute in Chicago, Illinois.
She Married Henry W. Tuttle on December 26, 1948. Their life together led to Henry becoming ordained as a minister of the Congregational church (United Church of Christ). Their first assignment being to the First Congregational church of Marlborough, Connecticut. While there the family grew to having four children. New challenges were presented in their lives and a new journey was placed before them. They moved to Florida and served the Pilgrim Congregational Church in St. Petersburg, Florida from 1955-1968. Later on to Miami, Florida (Plymouth Congregational) and then to Huntsville, Alabama (United Church of Huntsville)then moving to Mountain Brook, Alabama (Pilgrim Church). Their final assignment was the Grace Reformed Church in Washington, D.C.
Retirement led them back to Alabama where they built a home in Madison.
Jean is preceded in death by her husband Henry, daughter Debra Jean (Bunch), son in laws David Bunch and Benjamin Word, and grand daughter Whitney Wilson.
She is survived by her son William Bosman Tuttle (Patricia) daughters Dianne Word, Cheryl Wilson (Paul), grand children William Beardsley Tuttle (Laura Cruz), Katherine Randall Tuttle (Jesus Fidalgo), John Wilson (Chloe),
and Melissa Word (Gavin Bernard). Great grand children Leo Fidalgo, Westin Wilson, and Hampton Wilson.
She has left a tremendous void in all her families lives. She was the perfect mother. You could never ask for a more loving, kind, and caring person.
Her final interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida.
