Jennifer Nicole Humphrey, 34 of Madison, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at her residence.
Jennifer was born September 2, 1987 to Timothy Humphrey and Kathy Currie Humphrey. She attended East Limestone High School.
Survivors include her parents, her husband, Ricky Weaver of Madison; one son, Brayden Weaver of Madison; one daughter, Berkley Humphrey of Madison; and one brother, Andrew Jake Humphrey (Morgan) of Humboldt, TN.
