My Prayers are with the Family of Joe. I worked with him @ Jiffy's. He was a very hard working Man. He was the Best cook and a really sweet Man. From the first day I started at Jiffy's he would always say well are you going to stay. I did for a while. The whole time I was there he taught me some of his ways of cooking and some of his secrets about cooking. I will never be as good of a cook as he was but I will not give his secrets to the way he cooks to anyone. He will forever be in my Heart and I will never forget him. I love you my little Joe. You will always be my Angel.
