Mr. Scroggins was born February 21, 1945 to John Franklin Scroggins and Mary Sue Furline Scroggins. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Joyce Maxwell.
He is survived by one daughter Lisa Newman (Steven) of Griffin GA; one brother Gary Scroggins (Sharon); one sister Linda Motley.
A graveside service will be held Thursday December 1, 2022 at 1pm in Roselawn Cemetery to honor him.
