Kenneth Leroy Shenfish, beloved father, 82, passed away on May 26, 2017. He was born in Chicago IL. He is preceded in death by his wife Edna Hoffmann Shenfish who died Aug. 2016.

Ken worked at AC Spark Plug and at IBM in Huntsville, AL and Manassas, VA., He retired in 1987. While at IBM, his contributions included US Air Force Nuclear Missile Defense, Gemini/Apollo/Saturn program, Missile Guidance improvement (MIT), Solar Systems and US Navy 688 Fast attack Submarine. He was an Evans Scholar graduating from the University of Illinois as an Electrical Engineer. He was a life-long golfer and caddied as a youth.

Surviving him are his children: 2 sons James Allen and wife Terry Abel Shenfish, and Robert Shenfish, 3 daughters Deborah Dinon, Valerie Shenfish, and Cindy Cole, 9 grandchildren Kimberly Cole, Andrea Dinon Tolson, Christopher S. Dinon, Benjamin Kenneth Dinon, Jaimie Lynn Lester, Christian Leann Shenfish, Michael Allen Shenfish, Christine Lynn Bundy, and Jennifer Michelle Bundy, and 10 great-grandchildren.
