Visitation will be Thursday, July 3, 2014: 3 – 5 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Mr. Watkins passed away Tuesday July 1, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital.
He was born December 26, 1964 in Indiana to Kenneth Wayne Watkins and Nancy Jane Fain Watkins.
Mr. Watkins is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Watkins of Taft, TN; one son Kevin Wayne Watkins and wife Kelly of Ardmore; mother Nancy Watkins of Elkmont, AL; two sisters Vickie Haney and husband Mike of Elkmont, AL; Karen Gentle and husband Dewey of Woodville, AL; grandfather Bernard Harris; two grandchildren Kandice Watkins and Kayden Wayne Watkins and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Watkins, Matthew Wray, Michael Haney, Darryl Smith, Dale Sinard, and Timmy Sinard.
