Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
She died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010, at Limestone Health Facility.
Mrs. Taylor was born Dec. 7, 1921, in Shawmut to Mason Paul McCoy and Mattie B. McCoy. She served during World War II as a Navy Wave. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Athens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Esten Ray Taylor, and sister, LaMerle Culpepper.
Survivors include sons, Esten Ray Taylor Jr. of Killen and Gregory Mason Taylor of Athens; sisters, Mavis Muncus and Faye Crowder, both of Macon, Ga.; grandchild, Michael Ray Taylor of Decatur.
