Robert Wiggins Jr.

Funeral service for Mr. Robert B. Wiggins, Jr. (Bobby), age 73 of Athens, will be Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 3 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Reverend Lowranzy Overton officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

The visitation will be Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Mr. Wiggins was born June 14, 1940 in Kentucky to Robert Benjamin Wiggins, Sr. and Ethel Phillips Wiggins. He was an over- the -road truck driver.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his granddaughter, Emily Wiggins.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Mary Wiggins, two sons, Robert B. Wiggins III (Ben) and wife Delisa of Athens, AL; Randy Wiggins and wife Delon of Ardmore, AL; one daughter, Karen Swanner of Athens, AL; one sister, Ann Wagnon and husband Jerome of Athens, AL; Grandchildren Katie, Melody, Ashley & Nicole Wiggins, Stevie Winton, Hayley, Allison & Sarah Wiggins, Yancy Ferguson, Austin & Adian Swanner. One Great Grandchild Majaiden Winton.

Pallbearers will be Travis Holloway, Junior Holloway, Steve Holoway, Kevin Pope, David Pope and Robert Pollard.
