Shannon Gayle Vidalier

She is preceded in death by her mother Judy Greer Taylor.

Survivors include her loving husband of almost 34 years, Kelly Vidalier; three sons Dillon Mitchell Vidalier (McKenzie), Devin Michael Vidalier, and Dustin Matthew Vidalier; stepfather Charles Carrero; brother Brian Dale Taylor (Susan) and one granddaughter Evangaline Rayne Vidalier.

Shannon was a selfless woman who truly enjoyed giving, whether it is her time, her energy, an ear to lend, a special gift from one of her shopping trips or just her support, she was there for anyone in need of help. She received her Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Northeast Louisiana University. A military wife and as a mom of three boys she had her share of challenges, she always conquered them with grace and love. One of her favorite things to do was just to be around her family and enjoy their company, especially enjoying her granddaughter.

A Celebration of Life in her honor will be held Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 2 pm at McConnell Funeral home, with visitation one hour before the service.
