William "Bill" Lee Arner

Bill was born October 27, 1954, in Casper, Wyoming to Calvin and Nellie Konrath Arner. He is preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Fred Bloom.

Survivors include his wife Neeta of 49 1/2 years; two daughters Katrina (Todd) McPheron, Tabitha Bloom; son Adam (Cyndi) Voight; three brothers LeRoy (Kodi) Arner, Dennis (Karla) Arner, Rick (Patty) Arner; two sisters Calla (Ken) Hayden, Mary (Sam) Styles, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Bill had varied interests throughout his life. He was proud of the registered Chesapeake Bay Retrievers that he raised and trained. A proud member of the Knights of Columbus and the NRA. Bill was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Athens.

Pallbearers will be Fred Torres, Mike VanKirk, Donny Saylor, Jeff Grewe, Mark Tomei, and Don Bilodeau.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 5th from 6-8pm at McConnell Funeral Home. A service will be held in his honor Wednesday, November 6th at 11am at St. Paul’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery in Casper, Wyoming.
