Ms. Robertson was the daughter of the late Paul Wayne and Myrtle Butler Robertson. Ms. Robertson was a member of the Cathedral of St. Philip in Atlanta. She attended the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and was active in the BYKOTA Class, while residing in Athens. She was a member of the Pro-Mozart Society, Friends of the Atlanta Opera, the Atlanta Branch of the English Speaking Union and the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation. She had careers with government, private industry and academia. She graduated from Athens High School, the University of Georgia and The Sorbonne in Paris, France.
Survivors include friends and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 12, at 11:00 a.m. at First Christian Church of Athens with Reverend Elizabeth Hagan officiating. Interment will follow in Oconee Hill Cemetery. A reception will follow the interment in the Sexton’s House at the cemetery.
