I have so many memories of ASHELY( Fun Size ) ! She was a little sister to me and a large part of our family ! She had the best sense of humor and the most sarcastic attitude. She was one of a kind ! I will never find anyone in my life like her ever!! We are cheerleading coach’s together, parents together, friends together, family together and love each other so much for who we were not what we could bring to the table! A true friendship! Her family become my family and Vice versa!! I will miss her everyday with all my heart !! 

The first time I got to spend the night with you was amazing. We watched TV and ate chicken, mac n cheese, and roasted garlic and parmesan mashed potatoes.  It was a night to remember.  I remember waking up in the middle of night and I would just look at you and feel very happy. I didnt want it to end. I never did, I still dont. Then you got the kids to come over to. While me and you missed having just me and you time, I know we both enjoyed their company. It was sometimes tiresome with Christian. I remember how he ALWAYS made you play Herman the Worm. God, did you hate that song.  I know we were sometimes moody with eachother but I know that you loved me. I hope you know I love you too. I miss and love you unconditionally. Right now, I'm wearing both the necklaces and your McDonalds hoodie. All that plagues my thoughts is you. And how much I wish you were here. I always thought you wouldnt leave me until we were both at an old age. And it upsets me every time that you wont be here for the big milestones in my life. I expected you to teach me all about life and how to drive. I love you mother and I miss you so so much. The time I have to face without will feel like multiple lifetimes, but I'll gladly go threw it as long as I get to see you again. I'm so proud of you and I miss and love you so much that its indescribable. 

When you meet someone for the first time, you seldom know what kind of impact they will have on your life. So the day I met Ashley, I never imagined the deep in lasting affect she would have on mine. 

She was vibrant, witty and “smart ass-ingly” intelligent. And I was enamored by her sexy and sly chubby-cheeked grin. 

I’m not ashamed to say I fell in love with Ashley a lot sooner than my ego cared to admit. 

Throughout our relationship, we experienced amazing highs along with difficult lows - the lesson, yet again, that joy and sorrow are not interchangeable - one cannot exist without the other.

I like to think that we will meet again… But realistically I don’t know if that’s a possibility. None of us really know for sure what happens when it’s our time. I suppose we’ll find out when we get there.

What I do know, in this moment, as I write this… I miss my girl so so much. A month later, it is still simply inconceivable that the woman I love is gone.

I know how much Ash loved the song “Save Your Tears” by the Weeknd. She once told me to study that song because it meant so much to her. And I get it now… Because I saved my tears and they haven’t stopped flowing for a month now.

I miss you, baby.


I loved Ashley she was my son Jake's best friend Jake is missing her terribly they talked almost every day. Jake always said Ashley was always there for him they were great friends. Ashley would call me at times concerned about Jake for this I was always thankful  for the way she cared so much for Jake. I pray for her family as you go through life with out Ashley here but I know that we will see that sweet Ashley again!  She was loved!

Ashley was always kind to me. She would help me out when I needed a ride or just needed a friend. She was a wonderful mother who loved her children unconditionally. This world will not be the same without her. But her memory will live on through her children.

‘Shley, no other friendship will ever compare to the one we shared. You are and always will be the realest and most inspirational people I will ever meet.  Every memory I have of us will stay with me forever. The years we spent almost everyday together hold some of my favorite and most memorable moments. I know all your babies are going to be okay because you have always been surrounded by the greatest family and friends anyone could ask for.  I love you so much and your influence will forever stay with me.
