A native of Detroit, Michigan, Mrs. Hudgins was the daughter of the late Adam and Wanda Stanick Laskowski and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Larry Hudgins Sr of Athens; children, Cindy McCord of Bogart, James Larry Hudgins Jr of Anaheim, CA, Patricia Ann Simpson of Athens, Katherine Mary Gruler and her husband, Bob of Scottsdale, AZ, and Constance Susan Stewart and her husband, Scott of Athens; sisters, Rosemary Smith of Detroit, MI and Loretta Mulrooney of Hacienda Heights, CA; 7 grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2PM Thursday, August 26th in the Chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Father David McGinnis officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2PM prior to the service.
