Bernice Anglin

Mrs. Anglin (affectionately known as “Granny”) was a native of Athens, GA and was a member of Alcovy Baptist Church in Walton County, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Anglin of Athens; son, Thurmond Anglin of Athens; daughter and son-in-law, Bill and Jay Anton of Jefferson; son-in-law, Rayford Smith and grandson, Darral Smith both of Macon.

Survivors include daughters, Harriett Smith of Macon, Sandra Davis (James) of Jacksonville, FL, Barbara Jasinski (John) of Jacksonville, FL, and Dena Strickland of Newnan, GA; daughter-in-law, Louise Anglin of Athens; sons, Donald Anglin (Linda) of Comer and Michael Anglin of Danielsville; 19 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2PM Saturday June 28th in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Stuchell officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-2PM Saturday prior to the service.
