Born in Indianapolis, IN, Mrs. Meeler was a daughter of the late Tolbert Mattingly and Minnie Holder Mattingly. She retired from Heritage Nursing Home and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Meeler was preceded in death by her husband, Pledger Meeler, who passed away on June 6, 2000.
Survivors include son, Bobby Meeler (Vicki) of Athens; grandchildren, Kelsey Brown (Anthony), Sydney Meeler and Carley Meeler; and great-grandchild, Jacy.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 26, at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev. Jason Smith officiating.
