Celia was the daughter of the late Alonso and Geraldine Edwards Owens.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Lonnie Owens.
Survivors include two sons, David Adams and his wife, Vicky and John Adams and his wife, Beth; two sisters, Joan Mason and Jean Denson; three grandchildren, Morgan Adams, Matt Adams and Tyler Adams and his wife, Rachel; three great grandchildren, Hadley, Walker and Crawford Adams; several nieces and nephews.
A private family celebration of life has been planned for a later date.
