Charles was a real sweetheart and good friend. We had great times together in high school, then after high school going iceskating and hanging out. Over the past few years we lost touch and i'm deeply saddened to hear he has gone to heaven. Through all his troubles he always had such a wonderful personality and we could just laugh for hours.... I will never forget him and that big smile that could light up a room. Prayers for his family

Charles came to work for Georgia Power in 2007. He was such a nice young man, very mannerly and kind. We had hoped he would regain his health and strength. Even as a former employee, many people still remember his wonderful smile and upbeat spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Sincerely,

" Charles started off here in Winder for Georgia Power while still in high school, he was such a great young man and an even sweeter soul. Charles smile could light up a room and he will be greatly missed. We were honored to have worked with him and to have known him."

I worked with Charles in Athens and Winder and we were Facebook friends. He was such a joy to know. How tragic his young life was cut short. Your family will be in my prayers as will he.
