Charles LeRoy Freeman

Charles LeRoy Freeman, 86, of Watkinsville, passed away Friday, May 1, 2020.
Born in Rutherfordton, NC, Mr. Freeman was a son of the late George Freeman and Doris Blanton Freeman. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a supervisor in the textile industry.
Survivors include children, Marc Freeman (Dolores) of Watkinsville, Jacki Payne (Randy) of Watkinsville, Aimee Lashley (Ken) of Bishop, Pat “Bud” Freeman (Tabitha) of Watkinsville and Mark Freeman of Milwaukee, WI; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Moose.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
