Donald Edwin “Don” Kesler, 72, of Hull, GA went to be with his Lord Monday, July 19, 2010.
A native of Madison County, Mr. Kesler was the son of the late Roy Lee and Lurlene Griffeth Kesler. He retired as a sales person from General Electric Corporation. His hobby after retirement was operating the Neece Mall where he sold produce and boiled peanuts. Mr. Kesler served in the United States Army Reserves and was a member of Prince Ave Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Gay Edwards Kesler of Hull; children, Eddie Kesler and his wife, Rina of
Atlanta, Julie Holloway and her husband, Chris of Roswell, and Jennifer Kesler of Decatur; step-children, Kim Jeffers and her husband, Bruce of Winterville, Martin Kimsey and his wife, Angie of Danielsville, and Kandace Faulkner and her husband, Nile of Hull; brothers, Austin Kesler of Athens and Wendell Kesler of Columbus; sisters, Deannie Cunningham of Athens, Janelle Vickery of Winder, and Jane Bramlett of Commerce, and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2PM Wednesday, July 21st in the Chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev Bill Ricketts officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Tuesday, July 20th at Bernstein.
