Doris was born February 1, 1949 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Roy Leo Lee and Gertrude Jeavons Lee. She taught for 35 years in Benton County, Tenn. and also taught at Bethel University in McKenzie, Tenn. She was a member of Cornerstone Church in Athens, Ga. where she enjoyed teaching Bible studies. Doris was a great Mimi to her two granddaughters.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Aaron and Angela Guillory; and her two granddaughters, Arabella and Anastasia Guillory, all of Statham, Ga.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 31, at 10:00 a.m., at the Bernstein Funeral Home Chapel in Athens, Ga. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park in Athens, Ga.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 30, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Bernstein Funeral Home.
