

Emily was born on June 13th, 1949, to Charles and Lucia Geise in Albuquerque, NM. After graduating from high school in San Diego, CA, she went on to study early childhood education and history at the University of New Mexico.
After graduation, she landed her first job as a teacher for elementary school children, and continued educating for years to come.
In 1969, Emily met Richard Otoski, and they wed later that year, going on to have three children, Nathan, Matthew, and Shannon.
When Emily had Nathan, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Emily excelled at propping up her children and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. She made it her mission to help the people around her achieve their goals.
While with Richard, she developed her life in Klamath Falls, OR, where she played an integral role in her community through numerous volunteering ventures, some of her volunteering included Assistance League and being a CASA.
Emily was a passionate grandmother, and she was always filling her home with warmth and kindness.
After Richard’s passing in 2008, Emily relocated to Greensboro, Georgia, where she found herself in a beautiful community at Del Webb. She enjoyed a variety of activities that Del Webb offered. It was a perfect transition for her.
She later met Clifford Dyhouse, they were wed in 2018; amongst friends and family in FL. Although only together a short time she and Cliff went on cruises and had other great adventures as traveling was a much enjoyed activity of Emily's.
In addition to her parents, Emily was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Otoski.
She is survived by her current husband, Clifford Dyhouse; son Nathan Otoski, his wife Brynn Bardacke; and their children, Mia and Samual; son Matthew Otoski; daughter Shannon Lee, her husband Michael Lee and their children, Alexander and Gabriel; sister, Jane Miller and her husband, Robert Miller their and children.
We will all miss her dearly.
A celebration of Emily’s Life will be Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the Greensboro First Methodist Church located at 4741 Carey Station Bend Road, Greensboro, GA 30642.
