Survivors, in addition to her parents, include brother, Chance Brown; and sisters, Iliana Scott and Skylar Brown; grandparents, Larry Scott, Gary Brown and Victoria Oliphant.
Evangeline was preceded in death by her grandmother, Angela Carroll Fuller.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 15 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
