

Bo was born to the late Charlie and Clyde McAllister on August 15, 1933. He was employed by Southland Life Insurance Company and retired from AmeriPride in Watkinsville.
In addition to his parents, Bo was preceded in death by his first wife of 35 years, Shirley Morrow McAllister; a son, Frankie Lane McAllister; a granddaughter, Rachel Elisabeth Tingle; a grandson, Christopher Lane Eubanks; and nine brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Gladys McAllister; one sister, Nell McDonald; three daughters: Irene Seagraves (Frank), Dale Tingle (Steve), and Judy Bales (Ronnie); two stepdaughters: Dee Suarez and Linda Davenport; eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express appreciation to the staff of Grandview Nursing Facility and Pruitt Hospice for the exceptional care provided for Bo, especially in recent weeks. In addition, the family is thankful for the friendships of Patric Ryan and TL Turman, both of whom blessed Bo's life greatly.
The family will receive friends Sunday, September 11 from 4-5 p.m. at Bernstein Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Rachel Elisabeth Tingle Scholarship Fund at Westminster Christian Academy, P.O. Box 388, Watkinsville, GA 30677 or to a charity of choice.
