Mr. Perno, David, Melaney and family,
We were so sad to hear about Gail's passing. She was a fabulous lady and Foley Field will not be the same without her there. It was always such a joy to see her in the stands and chat with her. Our prayers are with you all.

We always enjoyed seeing Gail and Don at the UGA baseball games when we visited our son, Jason. Gail was a special lady who fought a courageous battle for such a long time. You are all in our prayers.

While I haven't seen Gail regularly since our days at St. Joseph School, I've thought of her contributions in so many ways to all the students she taught (including my son) and prayed for her every day as she battled cancer. I was out of town and missed the funeral, but I've been thinking of all of the family members and can only try to imagine your loss -- it's such a great one!

Love and prayers, Jean Abbey
