If I remember right, I went to St. John's Catholic School with George. I'm 72, grew up in Charleston Heights (now North Charleston) and I believe he grew up on Commander Road, Nafair Neighborhood. Seems we played all sorts of things in those days. If I remember, he was one of the gang. I'm so sad of his being Gone now and as I get older, I'll be there also.
Just thought my memory would help. I'm also glad he had such a full life and coached. (Me too).
You sound like a wonderful Wife and Mother being married for 49 years. Maybe one day, we will all get together..sure hope so.

Theresa,
Larry and I saw the post about George on Facebook and we are just heartbroken for you and your children. I have an old Home number that I have been calling on for 4 days with no answer. I don’t have your cell phone or would have called you on that number.
Please know you are close to our hearts and how very sad we are to know about the sudden loss of Geoge. You and George are part of Larry’s life in a way few will ever be and I was just fortunate enough to marry him and know you too. Much love to each of you and if you have a moment please have one of your kids send me a number to contact you by email.
