Born in Hall County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Grant Forrester and Shirley Thomas Forrester. She was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant from St. Mary’s Hospital and a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include children Jim Rogers and wife Jayleen of Clermont; Barbara Rogers Wood and husband Marvin of Gainesville and Jerry Cantrell and wife Debbie of Lilburn; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 3PM Tuesday, November 18th at the Arnoldsville Cemetery with Rev. Bradley Elliott officiating.
A visitation will be held from 1-2pm Tuesday at Bernstein.
The family has designated the Hospice of Northeast Georgia, 2150 Limestone Parkway, Gainesville, Ga 30501 for memorial contributions.
