I worked with Gerald at WAVE-TV in Louisville. He was one of the most creative and quick-witted people I've ever known. He was always a friend. I have only good memories of him and am saddened by his death.

I had the honor and pleasure to work with Gerald at both WAVE-TV and WHAS-TV in Louisville, Ky.  He was brilliant, funny, helpful, and someone I treasured to call a friend.  My sincere sympathies to his family.

I had the opportunity to work with Gerald at WTBS in the early 1980's. Even though it was for a short time it created a lifetime friendship. He was a wonderful man and a good friend.

I worked with Gerald at GPB in the mid-late 90's.  Such a gentleman, such a nice guy, such a great sense of humour!  Prayers go out to his family and friends.
