Mrs. Irene Gregg began her new life in Heaven on March 5, 2022. She was welcomed there by her parents, Rev. and Mrs. E.S. Timmerman and also by her husband, William "Bill" Gregg; and grandson, Taylor Gregg.
Irene's love of family was paramount in her life. She looked forward to family gatherings and insisted on having them in her home. She will be remembered by her family as a wonderful mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren.
She enjoyed her volunteer work in the communities where she lived. She did volunteer work at the Newton County Hospital in Covington, Georgia, the Carter Memorial Hospital in Elizabethton, Tennessee and St. Mary's Hospital in Athens, Georgia.
How beautiful Heaven must be.
