Janet Holmes, 76, of Crawford, Georgia passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020.

Janet was born May 10, 1944 in Dixon, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Luke Holmes and Carrie Rude Holmes.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brother, Vernon Holmes, Sr..

Janet attended the Kingdom Hall in Athens. She enjoyed painting and drawing, but most of all spending time with her family.

Janet is survived by daughter Monica Wright; and son George Yancey, II; two sisters, Carman Rhodes and Carolynn Holmes; and several grandchildren.

No services will be held at this time.
