Jimmie was born in Asheville, NC to the late Jimmy Anderson Huskey and Ethel Mae Flynn Huskey. He owned and operated Pappy's Drywall Company for many years and was an avid investor. Jimmie enjoyed golf, baseball and spending time at the beach.
He is survived by his son, Chris Huskey and his wife, Catherine of Bogart; companion, Amy McAleer; brother, John Huskey of North Carolina; sister, Toni Huskey of Nicholson, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for Jimmie will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Black's Family Cemetery, 255 Childers Road, Hull, GA with Reverend Jeremy Curtis officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service.
