We are blessed to know the lights of the world that enter our lives. Jack was an gentle soul, amazing man and enduring influence. Family is the source of our strength and we are lucky to be part of an incredible family. We will miss Jack but he will always be with us.

I can see Jack in the back yard in Point Pleasant during one of those wonderful family summer gatherings, sharing a beer and a story.  That is how I will remember a wonderful man....

I was very sad to hear about Uncle Jack's passing.  He was a “good guy” in the sense that folks from Jersey use that term to mean solid character, dependable, especially for their family and friends, and pleasantly good-natured.  I am happy that I had the chance to visit with him and the rest of you last summer in GA, and I will hold the enjoyment of that trip in my mind for the days to come.

I know that you are all feeling a little sad now, but I hope that, over time, your pleasant memories of him will be able to serve you as ably as his presence once did.

We worked with John at Monmouth Consolidated Water Co., in Long Branch, NJ and vividly recall how, as much as he loved his four daughters, he positively beamed the day when a son finally came along.
