Joseph was born December 26, 1961 in Duluth, Georgia. He was the son of the late, Joe W. Taylor and Mildred Aycock Taylor.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, George Taylor and a sister, Ann Smith.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Wanda Moore-Taylor; children, Jessica Bingham and her husband, Andy, Wanda Sanders, Joseph Taylor and his wife, Lachelle and Justin Taylor; seven brothers, David Taylor, Harris Taylor, Wayne Taylor and his wife, Sheila, Edward Taylor, Carey Taylor, Scottie Taylor and Brandon Taylor and is wife, Rebecca; three sisters, Pam Campbell and her husband, Patrick, Lynn Looney and her husband, Joey and Angie Holder and her husband, Chris; fifteen grandchildren, Trent, Kayla, Andrew, Nathan, Ona, Dalton, Emma, Carley, Kylee, Levi, A.J., Kohen, Mason, Brayden and Hunter; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service to Celebrate the Life of Joseph will be held at a later time.
