I was just thinking about you yesterday, Lathori - I did not realize it is the anniversary of you leaving. Your light is still shining brightly in the earthly world. I wish I could visit with you in person but thinking about you, remembering you still makes me smile. I am so glad I had the joy of knowing you, my friend.

Not a day go by, I don’t think about you! We are having such a hard time. We love you so much! It hurts so bad. Lord knows we miss you. Please just give us all strength! We love you! 

I have known  "Scubba" all my life and I have never known anyone quite like him. He always lived his truth and if you didn't like it then move on. I remember the short summer and school year he spent on Fairground Rd, him coming to the house and  waking  us up early in the morning "every morning". All we did was get up to do nothing. Scubba you were a great big brother to all your siblings and I just want to say thank you for being there for Reco when I couldn't. You have your wings now and just know that GOD has a real angel with an attitude on his hands and I hope he can deal with it. P.S. don't be fussing with Tine and give Kendrick a hug for me. I Love You to the moon and back !

I met Tori years ago at Seaboard Farms Poultry and we became friends. I remember thinking what a beautiful special person she was. A beautiful butterfly. Tori is free now and flying high. To the family, you are in my prayers and I hope the memories you have of Tori are as sweet and special as the ones I have.

With you here around family I never felt alone. Your love for me was never questioned. You taught me to always be Me, to always be nice to people, and to love freely. I will make you proud. I will celebrate and I will live life. You were so strong, you fought for so long. You are my Hero! I love you so much My Sexy! You’re A Legend and I will keep your name alive.

For 25 years of my life, LaThori "Ms.Scooba" Baker Porter  Have been a part of it, one way or another. There isn't a secret, or a story  that I have that I could not share with her. There were moments when everything that I did, or said where things I learned  from her.  She has influenced my life and enriched my life in ways that I cannot explain. I am who I am, the strength that I hold within me, are all hailed from the love that she had for me. I will love her until my last dying breath..  Her words will forever ring in my ears, "Yes you can Sistah, stop saying that you can't"! I love you Sistah, I will always love you...

Spring/Summer 2007..... thank you for opening your home and heart to me. That was an especially hard time for me and you gave me a place to heal my spirit. I wouldn’t be here today if not for you. The capacity to love you showed has stayed with me to this day. You remain a light for so many , even in your passing. Thank you is not enough but it is what I offer as you go forward in this journey. Thank God for you and thank you for being unapologetically YOU💜

I can go on and on! I Love you sooo much! You will be missed! It feels like this is all a Dream! You have touched so many, helped so many, Loved! My God knew it was time, but I wanted you here with us. You were the puzzle to so many things! I Love you! Love and Lashes!! 

I am the 2nd oldest to Lathori. I can not explain my feelings for him at this time. You were so dear to us one that always had a helping hand for us as well as others. One who was full of life and laughter. There was never a dull moment with you. When I needed something to wear I knew exactly where to find it:)) Even when he said no I just bought that he let me wear it anyways lol.  Anyone that knew Lathori knows how loving and caring he was. His shows fundraisers etc he did were always amazing and full of laughter. You will be missed  but never forgotten tremendously . Continue to spread your wings and fly we know God has you.
