A native of Franklin, PA, Mrs. Buckley was a daughter of the late George Huff and Laura Rote Huff. She was a homemaker and former member of First Presbyterian Church of Athens.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Richard Buckley of Braselton; two daughters, Rhonda Buckley of Braselton and Risa Smith (Bill) of Buford; sister, Jean Tarr of Sandy Lake, PA; grandchildren, Wil Smith (Samantha) of Buford and Marisa Smith of Athens; great-grandchildren, Dutch and Cash Smith.
The family will receive friends Thursday, September 7 from 6-8 p.m. at Bernstein Funeral Home in Athens.
A private graveside service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park in Athens.
