Michael (Mike) Cail Bolen, 53, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022. Born on December 24, 1968 in Orangeburg, South Carolina, he was the son of Roger and Judy Hammond and the late William Kenneth Bolen.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Mike owned several businesses in Georgia. He was a devoted family man who enjoyed spending time with his family and his two dogs, Charlotte and Charlie. An avid UGA football fan, he was a regular attendee at home football games and thoroughly enjoyed tailgating with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Kim Almers Bolen; son, Spencer and his wife, Ashley, his daughter, Katie; his parents, Roger and Judy Hammond; brother, Ken Bolen and a sister, Patty Bonner.
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Friday, September 23, 2022, in the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Oconee Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
